1. Acceptance of these terms

By connecting a Google account to or using HaoClaw (the “Application”), you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not authorize or use the Application.

2. Description of the Application

The Application provides approved users access to Gmail and Google Calendar features, such as working with email, checking availability, and creating or modifying calendar events. Available features may change over time.

3. Eligibility and access

The Application is privately operated and may be used only by users authorized by the operator. You must be legally able to accept these terms and must comply with the terms governing your Google account. Access may be limited, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.

4. Google account authorization

You choose whether to grant the Google permissions requested by the Application. You are responsible for reviewing requested permissions and the results of actions performed on your behalf. You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.

You authorize the Application to process Gmail and Calendar data only as needed to respond to your instructions and operate the features described on this website and in the Privacy Policy.

5. Responsible use

You agree not to use the Application to:

  • violate any law, regulation, third-party right, or Google policy;
  • send spam, phishing messages, malware, or abusive content;
  • access another person’s account or data without authorization;
  • interfere with, probe, or attempt to bypass the Application’s security; or
  • use automated access in a way that disrupts Google services or the Application.

6. Review of automated actions

AI-generated summaries, drafts, schedules, and other outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for reviewing important content and actions, including recipients, message text, dates, times, attendees, and event details. Do not rely on the Application as the sole source for legal, financial, medical, or other high-impact decisions.

7. Third-party services

The Application relies on third-party services, including Google APIs and a configured AI model provider. Their availability and handling of information are governed by their respective terms and policies. The operator does not control and is not responsible for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by those services.

8. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how the Application accesses, uses, stores, and shares information, including Google user data. By using the Application, you acknowledge those practices.

9. Availability and changes

The Application is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued without guarantee of notice. The operator may update these terms by publishing a revised version and changing the effective date.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, messages, events, profits, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the Application.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Application and revoke Google access at any time. The operator may suspend or terminate access for security reasons, misuse, policy violations, service changes, or operational needs.

13. Contact

For questions about these terms, contact the Application administrator through the channel by which access to this private Application was provided.
